Can you speak about presence of anthropomorphic elements in your work?
The language I use is always coherent, because it always draws from what’s happening in reality. I believe that art is a comment on what is happening in our current times. This is, above all, organic, and in particular, fluid, because it draws from values that are contrasting, contradictory, that come to our attention that disappear and reappear. It’s like the movement of waves in the sea, they crash loudly on the shore and then disappear. My language isn’t singular but depends on what subject I’m tackling, for that reason, it’s not always coherent and not recognizable by those who follow my work. Architects who install works in various countries depend on a uniform style, but it’s a way of working based in the past. In fact, if you respect the place where you are constructing, you have to give precedence to its identity, thus if you construct in various locations, our architectural response in each location must be di erent and therefore nearly unrecognizable one from the other. For the same reason, design should be able to express the identity of the place where the object is created, not to mention that it should also re ect the designer and escape the clutches of anonymity. I would say in general that modern art museums that exhibit the same collections in different countries around the world are anachronistic and do not pay homage to their function and to the diverse cultures around the world.

How have you developed your precise aesthetic language? How would you de ne it? Liquid, organic?
As I said, at the beginning, creativity has no borders, and just as Raffaello was a fashion designer several centuries ago, more recently we can look at Elsa Schiaparelli whose works were a great example of art expressed through fashion. Fashion, in general, is very supeficial yet in some cases it is very profound and capable of expressing the values of our epoch. For this reason, with pleasure and curiosity, I decided to express myself with jewellery, clothing, or shoes with the same intensity that I use to express myself in other

What is your next challenge or project that you are working on?
Among future projects are important exhibitions in 2019, of which, for discretionary reasons, I cannot elaborate. As far as my own work goes, as always there are interesting happenings that work the same reason, I won’t say any more.
